Teddington Area Guide
Need to know more about the area?
Charming Teddington is an extremely popular place to live in South West London, particularly amongst families. It is a less congested area with traditional values, still located within easy reach of Central London. It has leisure facilities aplenty on account of The River Thames running its length, the Royal Bushy Park, which provides ‘natural countryside on ones doorstep’ and sports playing fields, and then there are other family amenities long well-established within the area. The pretty high street is also a real draw to the area with its broad range of boutiques, cafes and restaurants; as well as Teddington Lock & the footbridge nearby (built late 19th century), where river craft of all shapes and sizes provide entertainment for riverbank spectators.
