Brendan joined the company in 2006, and rose quickly to become Head of Sales in Richmond and then to Chief Operating Officer for the company. He has since focused on Richmond as Founding Director and is rapidly building on our market leading role. Brendan offers expertise and knowledge which allows him and the team to assist buyers and sellers in all areas of the sales process in a friendly, energetic and professional manner. Having been a successful professional golfer in his previous career, he still enjoys playing as a member of Royal Mid Surrey golf club.
As manager of the East Sheen office Richard plays a crucial role in driving its success and ensuring a top-tier experience for every client. With over 20 years of experience, Richard is recognised for his outstanding market knowledge and ability to foster strong relationships with both clients and his team. He believes that clear communication and a personalised approach are essential to achieving exceptional results and building long-lasting trust. His expertise in the local market, combined with steadfast persistence, has helped establish the East Sheen office as a trusted name in the community. Having grown up in the area, Richard has a deep connection to East Sheen and is passionate about promoting its many features. Outside of work, he enjoys running and cycling in Richmond Park, rowing on the Thames, and spending quality time with his family. Richard’s dedication to his role, his clients, and his community, along with his approachable and friendly disposition, make him an invaluable member of the East Sheen office at Featherstone Leigh.
Erika started her career in estate agency 2001, moving into the world of Featherstone Leigh in 2007. Combining both a passion for property as well as a first-class personal service in the most respected independent estate agency in South West London feels like a dream come true. She prides herself on the ability to solve complex transactional issues, resolving intricate chains and working continuously to elevate service standards to deliver the best possible results. When Erika’s not working, she spends time with her family and friends, adorable French bulldog, and enjoys long walks in the local parks.
As the Director of Sales in our Kingston office, Matt offers over 20 years of industry experience having worked in several areas and market conditions in South-West London during his career. Having joined Featherstone Leigh in 2008 and heading up our Sales team in Kingston since 2012, he has built a highly successful and reputable business, proud not only of these results but in doing so whilst providing a highly personable and professional service in tandem. He believes we possess a unique balance of resources and skillsets to provide the best possible results for our clients when selling a property locally.
Prior to joining Featherstone Leigh back in 2002, Dan already had a number of years sales experience in the recruitment sector. After an outstanding year with company, he was promoted to manager and launched the new Chiswick office in 2004. Following further successes he was promoted again in 2006, to run the prestigious and well-established Teddington branch. Dan has Headed this office ever since, taking it from strength to strength. He has a knowledgeable, fresh and enthusiastic approach, promoting a very friendly and professional work environment. He says that Teddington is a wonderful place to live and work in with many families growing up around the quintessential High Street and beautiful open spaces of The Royal Bushy Park and the River Thames. Its outstanding schooling options are also a massive draw to the area.
After over thirty years of successfully selling thousands of homes, throughout the local areas Sophie now enjoys the finely tuned role as Head of Bespoke Client Relations, based at our Head Office on Hill Rise in Richmond. Her approach with all property matters is simply to work energetically and intelligently to deliver a first-class service. Russell has over thirty year’s experience in the industry uniquely specialising in all aspects of sales, land, new homes, and commercial properties within the London borough of Richmond Upon Thames and SW London. His expertise encompasses advising on marketability and demand, often starting from the conceptual stage of pre- development, through to a comprehensive strategic marketing campaign and launch. Russell has successfully facilitated numerous sales and lettings of various commercial properties, including shops, offices, industrial and mixed-use schemes. Outside of work, Russell enjoys, eating out with friends and family, listening to and playing music (piano & trombone) and keeping active playing cricket and tennis at his local clubs.
Danielle joined Featherstone Leigh in 2020 as an administrator in one of our branches. A year later she moved to Head Office and has since taken on the role of Executive Assistant working closely with senior management to ensure the smooth administrative day-to-day running of the company. Having originally moved to the area to study law, Danielle enjoys the vibrant atmosphere of South West London and is passionate about her role within the business.
Dan is a founding Director of Holbrook Property Finance, a finance brokerage that successfully navigates the complex world of mortgages and other property finance for a wide range of clients. Over the years Dan has worked extremely hard to build a company that is committed to providing clients with clear and effective financial advice, making the process simple and stress free. The team at Holbrook truly believe that every client deserves a first-class service that is bespoke to their specific requirements. Keeping one keen eye on the economy and the other on how Spurs are doing in the Premier League, Dan enjoys good food, good wine and burning off the calories by running.
Jenny has over 25 years’ experience in the field of finance, specialising in accounting for companies within the property sector and building industry. She joined Featherstone Leigh in 2014 and is a long-standing member of the senior management team, now taking on the role of Finance Director. She has a BA in Accounting and Business Management.
