Drive and determination are essential if a consultant is to succeed, as are excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability and motivation to sell. Some previous sales experience is an advantage but is not essential. A full, clean driving licence is also a requirement (company cars offered).

The administrators are absolutely essential to every office’s success. A strong typing speed (50wpm +), excellent telephone manner, and the ability to work as part of a team in a pressurised sales environment is crucial. Training is given but you should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.

We have a very happy band of people who help us at weekends, holidays or just when we get rushed off our feet. Often these are people who have worked for us full time before but cannot do so any more because of family or study commitments.
