Straddling the borders of Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea, is West Kensington, a popular pocket of London. Renowned for its excellent transport links, good local schools and beautiful parks the area is slightly more affordable than neighbouring South Kensington, and has found favour with families and young professionals.
Transport
By Tube
Barons Court is on the District and Piccadilly lines whilst West Kensington, Kensington Olympia and West Brompton are all on the District line.
By Train
Access to the London Overground network is also easy, with Shepherds Bush, Kensington Olympia and West Brompton all nearby, providing trains to Clapham Junction.
By Bus
The number 9, 10, 27, 28, 49, 391 and C1 are just some of the numerous buses linking the area to Paddington, Hammersmith, Chiswick, Notting Hill, Oxford Street, Aldwych, King's Cross and Trafalgar Square. The N9 bus also runs from Olympia to Heathrow via Isleworth and West Middlesex Hospital.
By Car
The close proximity of the A4 allows easy access both into and out of London, via the M4 as well as the M25 and other major motorways.
