But we know you are busy and that you might prefer to do the preliminary research on the internet .

It might also be one of the few times in the week when our offices are not open.

So here a just a few things that we would like you to think about in deciding which Estate Agent you should talk to.

If you are selling or letting your property Would you contact us if you were trying to buy or rent in the area? Can you see our boards in the streets around you? Do you know where our local office is? Is it open after work and at weekends when people want to view? You must have found our website – but is it easy to search for property on it? Do we look after other properties like yours? Will your property be exposed to as many potential buyers and tenants as possible and how is that done? How do we use the latest technology but keep the personal touch? Do we talk sense?		.

We really want to talk about these things properly.  We know that our network of offices works in getting your property in front of as many people as possible and that is key to a successful sale or let.

We also know that moving home is a jolly stressful business and we think we have a lovely bunch of people who will help to make it as painless as it can be.

If you are buying or renting a new home

Realistically you are going to contact all the Estate Agents and Letting Agents who are marketing a property that you are interested in.

You will find some Agents really helpful, they will keep in touch with you, let you know as soon as anything suitable comes to the market.

You also know that all Agents work for the seller or the landlord but you still want to be treated like a customer and given accurate information quickly.

At Featherstone Leigh, we know that if we don’t look after you, we will not keep our clients happy either.  So make sure you talk to one of our offices about what you are looking for.
