Drive and determination is essential if a negotiator is to succeed, as are excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability and motivation to sell. Some previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential. A full, clean driving licence is also a requirement (company cars offered). Sales and computer training supplied.
These employees are absolutely essential to every office's success. A strong typing speed (50wpm +), excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a pressurised sales environment is crucial. Database training is supplied.
