There are a number of different roles within the Company where opportunities can arise within our 10 branch network. Full training is given by our in-house training officer.

Current Vacancy - Property Manager

An experienced Property Manager is required to join our current team based in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, be well organised, enthusiastic, well presented and have a proven record of residential property management. Driving license essential.

Sales & Lettings Negotiators

Drive and determination are essential if a negotiator is to succeed, as are excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability and motivation to sell. Some previous sales experience is an advantage but is not essential. A full, clean driving licence is also a requirement (company cars offered).

Branch Administrators

The administrators are absolutely essential to every office’s success. A strong typing speed (50wpm +), excellent telephone manner, and the ability to work as part of a team in a pressurised sales environment is crucial. Training is given but you should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Property Managers

As well as selling and letting houses we look after hundreds of properties across southwest London.  We organise refurbishments, repairs and deal with emergencies.  Although our property managers are principally office based, we visit all the properties regularly and meet tenants and owners so a driving licence is useful.

Part time opportunities

We have a very happy band of people who help us at weekends, holidays or just when we get rushed off our feet. Often these are people who have worked for us full time before but cannot do so anymore because of family or study commitments. However, anyone who is well presented, intelligent and quick to learn should get in touch.
