East Sheen Area Guide

Featherstone Leigh is one of the most conveniently located estate agents within the area, situated close to the crossroads in central Sheen.

East Sheen is largely residential, with an abundance of green spaces, a factor which continues to attract young families and commuters to the area.

Sheen Parkside is home to some of the countries' highest achieving primary schools and also has a good choice of secondary schools nearby. Houses in the Parkside area are Edwardian and mid-war terraces, semis and detached, many with large gardens and off road parking.

The South Circular road splits SW14 with the sought after Parkside of East Sheen lying to the south and borders with Richmond Park.

Smaller mid-war and Edwardian houses as well as both new build and conversion apartments lie to the north of the South Circular. Mortlake offers more modest two and three bedroom properties and a number of smart new developments have sprung up along the riverbank commanding a high premium.

Shopping
Shopping in the area is mostly concentrated on the nearby Upper Richmond Road West or Sheen Lane.
